Jump across the gap to the right assembly line by using one of the barrels full of droid parts. Follow the quest marker down the open chute onto the assembly line. Once you hit the end of the conveyor belt, swap back to the robots. Head down the newly-opened chute to land on a conveyor belt. Use The Force to wiggle the un-activated battery out of place and make it touch the activated battery. Activate the console and swap back to Anakin. Once you get across, destroy the glowing object (again) and rebuild it into a console for R2-D2. Use C-3PO to destroy the nearby glowing structure and rebuild it into a bridge to get to the quest marker.
